There is a lot to consider when booking a trip to one of our Centres. To help we’ve compiled all the information you’ll need before booking, as well as helpful hints and key information.

Please note that for SOEC school activity programmes arrival time is 9:30am onwards, for all other visits arrival time is 4pm onwards.
Groups may be requested to vacate their dormitories after breakfast and by 9:30am on their last day. A suitable area will be made available for luggage to be stored until departure time.

Day visits – clothing & equipment list
Meals are served at the undernoted times:
- breakfast – 8.30 am
- lunch – 12.30pm
- evening meal – 5.00pm
- supper snack (for groups on full board rates only – cake/biscuit and a hot drink)
Sample Menu note, this is a sample only. Dietary needs can be catered for – please detail this know on your catering and health return.
Souvenirs – SOEC has a small range of souvenirs available at each of the Centres. Items range from £1.00 to £8.50. The souvenir poster shows the current range available. Please note that the shop is cash only and we encourage purchasers to bring change/small notes.
