Children and Young People with Additional Needs
SOEC is a collaborative organisation. We know that working in partnerships produces the best outcomes. No one is left out. It is great to see a group of young people with visual impairment explaining the finer points of archery to a visiting VIP

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award
SOEC can support doing your DofE.  As an AAP we can run Bronze, Silver and Gold Expeditions and also provide 5 day gold residentials.
We have safe camping sites for practice expeditions, and are an Approved Activity Provider.
The Arts
Music Groups: choirs and orchestras love our OECs for the number of break out rooms, and large spaces to bring everyone together, indoors or outside!
We have previously brought young people to outdoor theatre productions with a master class for pupils to explore the author and play with the actors.
How about including in your programmes, sessions on Environmental Art?
Sport
Groups using our OECs for sport camps include Triathlon Scotland, orienteering events, martial arts, rugby, football, archery, University hillwalking, rowing and canoeing clubs, mountain biking events.
For Schools
We work with hundreds of teachers and group leaders to provide exciting and intelligent experiential and outdoor learning for thousands of children and young people each year.
