How to Book
Step 1: Speak to us
All bookings are made centrally via our Head Office. Please telephone 01899 221115 and speak to our friendly staff team or email to check availability, make a booking or simply to find out more about what we do.
Step 2: Complete a Booking Form
Request a booking form. When we receive your completed booking form back, your booking is confirmed.
Step 3: Discuss your visit with a Senior Instructor
Before your visit, the Senior Tutor at your preferred Centre will get in touch with you to make sure that we know all your activity requirements for your visit. If you have not booked a set school programme such as Transition, you will be able to discuss specific activities/ negotiate a programme.
At this stage we invoice you for the total amount which we normally require to be paid in full prior to your visit.
Step 4: Enjoy Your SOEC experience
That’s it. No more steps. Enjoy and come back again!
