How to Book
Step 1: Speak to Us
Regardless of what Centre you may have a preference for, all bookings are made centrally via our Head Office in Biggar. Please phone 01899 221115 or email info@soec.org.uk to check availability, make a booking or just to find out more about what we do.
Step 2: Complete an Enquiry Form
Download an enquiry form and return this along with a deposit. When we receive this your booking is confirmed.
Step 3: Discuss your visit with a Programme Leader
Before your visit, the Programme Leader will get in touch with you to make sure that we know all your requirements for your visit. If you have not booked a set programme such as ROEE or Transition you will be able to request specific activities.
At this stage we invoice you for the total amount which we normally require to be paid in full prior to your visit.
Step 4: Enjoy Your SOEC experience
That’s it. No more steps. Enjoy and come back again.
